The members of PSI summarized their experiences of nearly 20 years, listed and classified the common work in international trade, found the key tasks and milestones, and formulated the standards for evaluating the completion of work. This standard should aim at maximizing customer satisfaction. 


We found that in the past, we have been repeating a lot of meaningless work in our interactions with customers, accounting for about 40%, which is very amazing. On the one hand, objectively, we began to formulate certain norms to unify and optimize the process; On the other hand, we have reached a subjective consensus: that is, "the significance of all work is whether it can deliver value to customers?" 


This idea is like a treasure to us. It gives us a methodology, so that we can keep clear working ideas from the supplier to the user's settlement, and can easily make quick choices in case of emergencies. To this end, we have removed many obstacles, not only improving efficiency, but also making every business participant feel smooth.


  • ​Respect others

Respect for others is a key part of PSI's values, which is reflected in the division of labor and cooperation between people in our company and also in the communication between the company and external partners.


We implement the system of democratic decision-making internally, and give grass-roots employees the right to know and suggestion to participate in the management of the company. We respect everyone's religious beliefs and personal habits, and do not use discriminatory words such as education, qualifications and background to evaluate or criticize in public.

 

In our external communication, whether suppliers or customers, whether the scale of the other party is large or small, whether the other party is senior executives or grass-roots employees in their company, we give equal treatment in thought. We respect their religious beliefs, political positions and professional habits.


We adhere to the principle of fair competition and do not treat our competitors in a way that violates the law and business ethics. If we win the competition, we will pay tribute to our competitors and promote cooperation if possible; If we lose the competition, we will send our best wishes to our competitors, and they will provide high-quality services to our customers.


  • Stay away from politics and close to the government

Politics is a mixture of sociology, economics, philosophy, history, religion, geography, art and so on. Therefore, politics is so complex that it is difficult to fundamentally distinguish right from wrong. From the historical experience, the government's policies have a great influence on both macro-economy and micro economy. The survival and development of enterprises should pay attention to the surrounding political and economic environment. Therefore, psi advocates to stay away from the debate and choice about politics, be familiar with and master the local laws, regulations and management policies, and adjust the enterprise operation and management methods according to the situation.


  • Build a community of long-term interests with users

In the process of operation, psi strives to make every employee abandon the working method of eager for quick success and instant benefit and seek any sustainable development project that can be carried out with suppliers and customers. Instead of investing in real estate, stocks and other speculative securities, we strive to improve the accounting period between us and suppliers, increase the liquidity of supply chain funds and improve our business stability in the event of major systemic risks such as financial crisis. In order to stabilize the supply chain of users, we usually give up short-term interests to avoid the breakage of the supply chain caused by systematic risks. We usually measure the gains and losses in business transactions with suppliers and customers on a scale of more than 10 years, rather than a few current contracts.


  • Do not participate in disputes of all nature

    PSI knows that quarrel is by no means the best way to solve the problem, and quarrel often brings the relationship between the two sides to the freezing point, which will also lead to the loss of capital and time. In our management, we clearly require employees not to make political and religious statements in any form, not to evaluate any external events of the company, and also to participate in the discussion of any disputes.

     

    The company set up supervisors to organize members to carry out democratic life meetings within the company, carry out internal criticism and self-criticism, give everyone the right to express their views, and finally form a unified opinion, so as to reduce disputes and disputes.

     

    We firmly believe that any partner hopes to cooperate with an enterprise that is fair and just, does not believe in rumors and does not spread rumors.
